About Unmeshed
Our Story
Unmeshed was founded by the team behind Netflix Conductor, the open-source workflow engine that became the industry standard for microservice orchestration. We built and scaled it at Netflix, running billions of executions across content delivery, encoding, and personalization pipelines. We then spent years taking it to production across some of the largest engineering teams in the world.
After a decade running orchestration in production, we kept seeing the same problems. Observability treated as an afterthought. Pricing that penalized complexity. Platforms that couldn't grow with the workflows they were meant to run. Unmeshed is what we built to fix that, from the ground up.
Our Roots
Origin
Unmeshed comes from the team that helped build Netflix Conductor, one of the early workflow orchestration systems for large-scale distributed execution.
Evolution
Years of operating orchestration in complex environments shaped how we design durability, failure recovery, and controlled execution behavior.
Today
That foundation now powers Unmeshed: higher scale, stronger runtime controls, richer observability, and faster iteration across APIs, workflows, AI, and human-in-the-loop operations.

Our Principles
Every workflow run is observable. Step-level replay, real-time execution state, and audit logs are core to the platform, not an afterthought.
Free plans at 1,000 runs. Premium at 50,000. No per-step fees, no execution taxes that compound as your flows grow complex.
Start with a webhook trigger and a few steps. Grow to multi-agent AI pipelines, batch jobs, and human-in-the-loop flows on the same platform.
We spent a decade running orchestration at the largest scale in the world. We knew exactly what was broken, and we built Unmeshed to fix it from the ground up.
