2. Prohibited Uses

Customer will not, and will not permit any third party to, use the Services to:

  1. violate any applicable law, regulation, third-party right, or contractual obligation;

  3. introduce, transmit, store, or execute malware, viruses, worms, trojan horses, ransomware, harmful code, or other destructive or disruptive materials;
  4. bypass, disable, evade, or interfere with security controls, access controls, rate limits, usage limits, authentication, logging, monitoring, or other protective measures;
  5. use another person's or organization's account, credentials, access keys, systems, data, or resources without authorization;
  6. send spam, phishing, deceptive messages, unsolicited communications, or fraudulent requests;
  7. process, store, transmit, or make available material that is unlawful, infringing, misappropriated, defamatory, harassing, abusive, deceptive, or harmful;
  8. use the Services to build, benchmark, train, or support a competing product or service, except as expressly authorized by Unmeshed in writing;
  9. scrape, crawl, harvest, mine, copy, or monitor the Services or related data through automated or manual means except as expressly authorized by Unmeshed in writing;
  10. use the Services in a way that may harm Unmeshed, the Services, other customers, third-party providers, or the integrity, availability, performance, or security of any system.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customer is responsible for configuring and using the Services safely, maintaining appropriate permissions and access controls, protecting credentials and access keys, backing up Customer Data, validating workflows and integrations before production use, and ensuring that Customer Data and Customer's use of the Services comply with applicable laws and third-party rights.

4. Enforcement

Unmeshed may investigate suspected violations of this Policy and may remove or disable access to materials, suspend or restrict access to the Services, throttle activity, require Customer to take corrective action, or terminate access where Unmeshed reasonably believes that activity violates this Policy, creates security or legal risk, may disrupt the Services, or may harm Unmeshed, Customer, other customers, or third parties. Unmeshed will use reasonable efforts to provide notice when practical, but may act without prior notice where prompt action is needed.

5. Reporting

Suspected violations of this Policy may be reported to [email protected].
