About the role

You will shape the core user experience for workflow authoring, execution insights, and operational observability. The role combines strong product thinking with frontend engineering craft.

Key responsibilities

Build and evolve product interfaces using React and TypeScript with a focus on speed, clarity, and maintainability.
Transform complex workflow concepts into intuitive interactions and consistent UI patterns.
Partner with design to deliver high-quality components, flows, and visual systems.
Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs, realtime updates, and robust state handling.
Uphold accessibility and performance standards across desktop and responsive layouts.
Contribute to shared component libraries and frontend architecture decisions.

What we're looking for

Strong experience with React, TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling.
Solid fundamentals in HTML, CSS, accessibility, and browser behavior.
Experience shipping user-facing features with product and design collaboration.
Ability to balance rapid iteration with code quality and testability.
Strong communication and ownership in a remote-first team.

Nice to have

Experience designing complex interfaces for technical or operations-heavy products.
Familiarity with state management, data visualization, and performance profiling.
Experience with design systems and component-driven development.
