Product Designer

About the role

You will design the workflows, control surfaces, and operational interfaces that users rely on to automate critical business processes. This role is central to making complex systems feel understandable and efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Design interaction flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI for core product journeys.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to define problem scope and user outcomes.
• Run lightweight discovery and usability validation to reduce product risk early.
• Refine information architecture and interaction patterns for complex workflow operations.
• Drive consistency through reusable components and design system contributions.
• Support implementation quality through handoff, review, and iterative refinement.

What we're looking for

• Strong product design portfolio with shipped B2B or technical product experiences.
• Proficiency in modern design tooling and component-based workflows.
• Clear thinking around user journeys, edge cases, and interaction detail.
• Ability to collaborate deeply with engineering and product management.
• Strong communication and prioritization in a remote-first setup.

Nice to have

• Experience designing automation, data-heavy, or developer-centric interfaces.
• Exposure to workflow engines, API products, or operations platforms.
• Ability to translate research insights into practical product improvements.
