Monitoring Schedules
To monitor schedules in Unmeshed:
- Login to your Unmeshed account.
- Navigate to the left menu and click on Schedules.
- Click on Monitor Schedules to open the schedule monitoring view.
Why Use Schedule Monitoring?
If you have hundreds of schedules, it can be difficult to track their status manually. The Monitor Schedules function helps you quickly identify potential issues by highlighting problematic schedules while hiding schedules that are running normally.
- If no schedules have issues, the default view will show an empty table.
- This allows you to focus only on schedules that require attention.
Status Indicators
Schedules are color-coded based on their execution status:
- Green: All schedules are running as expected.
- Amber (Yellow): The schedule may be heading towards an issue and should be monitored.
- Red: A schedule that was expected to run has not executed, indicating a failure.
Using Filters
You can filter schedules based on their status:
- Select Green to see schedules that are running correctly.
- Select Red & Yellow to focus only on problematic schedules.
Syncing & Closing Monitoring
Monitoring Schedules - Sync Schedules
If you notice that multiple schedules are not running, a quick fix could be to run the Sync Schedules function from the button in the Monitor Schedules screen as shown here.
This will re-sync all the enabled schedules with the execution engine and will attempt to run them at the next schedule. If it doesn’t run even after a sync, please reach out to the support team to check the logs for symptoms.
- Sync Schedules: Refreshes the current schedule status.
- Close Monitor: Exits the monitoring view and returns to the schedule list.
